The retreat will start on the day of arrival with a welcome supper. It will finish after breakfast on the final day. See the travel page for more details.

The cost shown below depends on the room you choose. They are priced differently because of size, location, views, shared/own room, en-suite/shared bath/shower room, etc.

Notes

·      The prices shown are per person, and include:

• tuition/facilitation

• three excellent home prepared meals per day from fresh mainly organic local ingredients (The only exceptions to this are that we sometimes eat a cafe lunch away from Yavanna and everyone takes one or two very reasonably priced evening meals out at local restaurants, all of which will be at your own expense.)

• wine and beer

• comfortable accommodation

• airport transfer. (There is one set pickup/drop off provided per course)

·      Please note that art materials will be provided and these will be payable in cash on arrival at a cost of 35 Euros. 

·      Alternatively, regarding airport transfer, if a group of friends are coming together it can be very cheap to hire a car instead. Yavanna is about one hour from Porto airport, or half an hour from Vigo airport. 

·      If the airport transfer provided doesn't fit with your flight, there are also buses and trains available. And we can organise taxi transfers for 70 Euros.

·      If you wish to bring a partner or friend who prefers not to participate on a course who you are sharing a room with, please deduct 20 Euros/day from the price for that person.

Payment Options

·      A deposit of 50% is payable at the time of booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before coming to Yavanna.

·      Alternatively, to help make payments easier, we are happy to take the course fee spread across equal monthly standing orders. Please contact us for details.

·      We are keen that the therapeutic benefits of Yavanna's retreats and activity courses should be available to as many people as possible. Please contact us if cost is proving to be a barrier for you and we'll see what we can do, as we do offer concessions.

Terms

·     We hope you understand that it is a requirement of booking that you are fully insured. Please ensure that you are comprehensively covered against cancellation, sickness, injury, medical bills, losses, damage and all the usual holiday insurance risks.

·     You should ensure that any cancellation costs or costs incurred through making changes to your booking should be covered by your travel insurance.

·     All information on this web site is as accurate as we can possibly make it.

·     Occasionally however, due to factors outside our control, some amenities and services may be temporarily unavailable.  Very occasionally we may have to vary the advertised programme in which case we will always try to provide an equivalent replacement. Regrettably, we do not accept liability for any events outside our control.
