Both Casa Dolinda and Casa Gabriel are the same price per night:

• 20% off remaining weeks in 2010!!

• You can arrive and leave on any day of the week and for any period over 3 nights off peak and 7 nights during school holidays.

• If you book both houses together (sleeping 11/12) please deduct 10% from the prices above.

• The 2nd column shows the price per house per night on a self catering basis.

• The 5th column shows the price of a double en suite bedroom that can be rented if you want to book just a double room rather than an entire house. This is a "per room per night" cost on a self catering basis and need not be rented for a full week. (minimum 3 nights)

• Over and above the 6 bedrooms in the two houses, we have two further double en suite bedrooms that can be rented for larger groups, so we can take up to about 15 in total.

• Please contact us if you want exclusive use but want less than 6 rooms - we are often flexible.

• Please divide by 1.15 to calculate approx UK pounds.

• Please note that the swimming pool becomes warm enough for swimming around the beginning of April, and closes around the end of October, but this is weather dependent. It is closed from October to April approximately.

Notes

·    A deposit of 50% is payable at the time of booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before coming to Yavanna.

·    We hope you understand that it is a requirement of booking that you are fully insured. Please ensure that you are covered against cancellation, sickness, injury, losses and all the usual risks.

·    Please confirm cancellation requests in writing. If received up to 56 days before arrival, then we're afraid your deposit is lost, but any balance paid is refunded. If within 35 days of arrival then we're afraid we are unable to offer a refund.

·    Please confirm transfer requests in writing. With 6 weeks or more notice we are happy to provide a free transfer. With less than 6 weeks notice we're afraid there is a 25 Euros administrative charge per head. With less than a week's notice the deposit is retained.

·    All information on this web site is as accurate as we can possibly make it.

·    Occasionally however, due to factors outside our control, some amenities and services may be temporarily unavailable.  Regrettably, we do not accept liability for any events outside our control, for any loss or damage to your personal property, or for any medical, illness or injury that could develop during your holiday. Your travel insurance should cover these and all other contingencies.
