Notes

• A deposit of 50% is payable at the time of booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before coming to Yavanna.

• Payments are accepted via PayPal, into a Portuguese bank account (in Euros) or into a UK bank account (in £s).

• We hope you understand that it is a requirement of booking that you are fully insured. Please ensure that you are comprehensively covered against cancellation, sickness, injury, medical bills, losses, damage and all the usual holiday insurance risks.

• You should ensure that any cancellation costs or costs incurred through making changes to your booking should be covered by your travel insurance.

• All information on this web site is as accurate as we can possibly make it.

• Occasionally however, due to factors outside our control, some amenities and services may be temporarily unavailable. Regrettably, we do not accept liability for any events outside our control.

• Yavanna is about one hour from Porto airport. Car hire is easily arranged or transfers can be provided at an additional charge.

Both Casa Dolinda and Casa Gabriel are the same price per house:

• You can arrive and leave on any day of the week and for any period over 3 nights off peak and 7 nights at other times.

• The 2nd column shows the price per house per night on a self catering basis if less than 7 nights.

• The 3rd column shows the price per house on a weekly self catering basis (which is cheaper per night than the daily basis above).

• The 5th column shows the price of a double en suite bedroom that can be rented if you want to book just a double room rather than an entire house. This is a "per room per night" cost on a room-only basis, and need not be rented for a full week. (minimum 3 nights). Continental Breakfast can be provided at a cost of 10 Euros/person.

• Over and above the 6 bedrooms in the two houses, we have two further double en suite bedrooms that can be rented for larger groups, so we can take up to about 15 in total.

• Please contact us if you want exclusive use but want less than 6 rooms - we are often flexible.

• At the time of writing, please divide by 1.15 to calculate approx UK pounds, but please check the current exchange rate.

• Please note that the swimming pool becomes warm enough for swimming around the beginning of April, and closes around the middle of October, but this is weather dependent.
