Both Casa Dolinda and Casa Gabriel are the same price:

• The 1st column is per house per week on a self catering basis.
• The 2nd column is a reduced weekly price for both houses should they be rented together.
• Please contact us if you want exclusive use but want less than 6 rooms - we are often flexible.
• We have 2 extra double en suite bedrooms that can be rented for large groups at an extra daily cost - see 3rd column. This is a "per room per night" cost and need not be rented for a full week.
• Please divide by 1.1 to calculate approx UK pounds.
• Please note that the swimming pool becomes warm enough for swimming around the beginning of May, and closes around the end of October, but this is weather dependent. It is closed from October to May.

Notes

·      A deposit of 50% is payable at the time of booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before coming to Yavanna.

·      All rental weeks run Saturday to Saturday, although we can be flexible sometimes.

·      We hope you understand that it is a requirement of booking that you are fully insured. Please ensure that you are covered against cancellation, sickness, injury, losses and all the usual risks.

·      Please confirm cancellation requests in writing. If received up to 56 days before arrival, then we're afraid your deposit is lost, but any balance paid is refunded. If within 35 days of arrival then we're afraid we are unable to offer a refund.

·     Please confirm transfer requests in writing. With 6 weeks or more notice we are happy to provide a free transfer. With less than 6 weeks notice we're afraid there is a 25 Euros administrative charge per head. With less than a week's notice the deposit is retained.

·     All information on this web site is as accurate as we can possibly make it. Occasionally however, due to factors outside our control, some amenities and services may be temporarily unavailable.  Very occasionally we may have to vary the advertised programme in which case we will always try to provide an equivalent replacement. Regrettably, we do not accept liability for any events outside our control, for any loss or damage to your personal property, or for any medical, illness or injury that could develop during your holiday. Your travel insurance should cover these and all other contingencies.
